Grad Fair

Grad Fair is your first opportunity to collect your Commencement regalia, place orders for commemorative apparel and accessories, and to sign up for the UCR Alumni Association.

Grad Fair is held in April at the campus bookstore.

Senior Sendoff

Senior Sendoff is an event dedicated to graduating UCR students. Pick up Commencement tickets, enjoy entertainment, food trucks, and learn about alumni resources available to you after graduation.

Senior Sendoff is held by the Bell Tower in May.

Philanthropy Cord

Give $24 in honor of your graduation and receive the exclusive Philanthropy Cord to wear at commencement. This is your first chance to support what you love about UC Riverside and ensure the same success for the students who will follow in your footsteps.

Highlander Welcomes

During the months of June – August, the UCR Alumni Association hosts several Highlander Welcome events in various California regions that include Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County, Inland Empire, and San Francisco/Bay Area. There are also select identity chapter welcome events that including Black Alumni Chapter and Chicano Latino Alumni Chapter.

These events are an opportunity for new graduates to network and meet current alumni, learn about resources available through the association, and how to stay connected to your alma mater.

Registration and details will be available starting in April.

Join a Regional Network or Identity Chapter

Joining a regional network or identity chapter is the best way to stay involved with UCR while networking and staying close to those alumni close to you. We encourage you to choose a regional network in your area, an identity chapter that you resonate with, or keep in touch with your college or school of study.
