What is Student Alumni Association (SAA)?
Unlike any other organization on campus, SAA is affiliated with the UCR Alumni Association, a network of over 75,000 alumni. Applications are available in the Alumni Office and at the Career Services Center. Applications can be requested by e-mail, by calling (951) 827-3438, or in person at the Alumni and Visitors Center.

SAA offers many programs and events for UCR students. Here is a list of some of them and a brief description of what they are about.
Student Alumni Mentorship Program (SAM)
Students interested in learning more about a specific career are matched with a UCR alum already in that field. Applications are available in the Alumni Office in the Alumni & Visitors Center, and at the Career Services Center.Career Conferences
Quarterly conferences in Medical, Law, and Business. Students get the chance to ask questions and find out more about what they want to do as a career. We have keynote speakers, The Princeton Review, and lunch.Dinners with Alumni
An informal gathering that takes place at least once a quarter where students are invited to have dinner with alumni in specific career fields.Finals Survival Kits
One of our major fundraisers of the year. Parents can purchase these for their student. We assemble and deliver them.Awards/Semi-formal
