The UCR Fund is contacting alumni from the College of Humanities, Arts & Social Sciences to raise funds for the Research in the Community Program and the CHASS F1RST Experience Program. In just under 4 weeks, their CHASS alumni have raised $17,400 that will directly benefit these very important programs! Thank you to all CHASS alumni who have supported this effort!

UCR students will also be contacting alumni from the College of Natural and Agricultural Sciences throughout the month of March to update them on what’s new and exciting in the college and how they can directly support the advancement of teaching and research.

Passage of Lewis & Clark

UCR alumni and friends are invited to relive the adventure of the Northwest Passage by tracing the legendary Passage of Lewis & Clark aboard a nostalgic sternwheel riverboat. Relax on the luxurious Queen of the West, a faithful recreation of a 19th-century sternwheeler, as it churns the waters of the Willamette, Columbia and Snake Rivers. Tour participants will explore landmark sites, natural history and Native American culture with the insights of an onboard historian and local experts. The Passage of Lewis & Clark is scheduled for Sept. 1-9 and is priced at $3,495. Book before March 27 and save $150.
